Contract manufacturing is the most convenient way for the customer to produce electronic modules, as it includes all key stages of the production process — from PCB design to testing and, if necessary, enclosure of the assembled unit. Performing all required tasks by a single contractor helps avoid inconsistencies, significantly improves product quality, and minimizes lead times.

If you require contract manufacturing of electronic modules, our specialists will promptly calculate the production time and cost. To proceed, please fill out the order form.

An order for contract manufacturing of electronic modules is a service that differs from ordering bare PCBs or PCB assembly separately. Contract manufacturing combines both of these services and, as a rule, also includes comprehensive sourcing of the electronic components required for assembling the modules according to your project.

Thus, contract manufacturing of electronic modules includes three key stages carried out by KKPCB:

  1. PCB Fabrication

  2. Component Sourcing

  3. Electronic Module Assembly

This means that, in order to carry out contract manufacturing, we require the full set of design documentation necessary for the production process:

  • KKPCB Order Form

  • PCB project files in Gerber format

  • Drill files in Excellon format

  • Bill of Materials (BOM) in one of the following formats:

    • KKPCB standard form

    • Customer’s XLS format

    • PDF

    • JPG

  • CAD data, preferably in ODB++ format

  • Assembly drawing or mounting diagram

Please send all documentation either to the KKPCB manager you are corresponding with, or to our general email: sales@kkpcb.com.

Healthcare PCB for Pulse Oximeters: Separate LED Drive from the Photodiode AFE
Healthcare PCB for Pulse Oximeters: Separate LED Drive from the Photodiode AFE
A pulse oximeter combines timed LED drive with a sensitive optical receive path. Red and infrared LEDs are pulsed, while a photodiode and analog front end measure a much smaller returned signal. On a Healthcare PCB, the design challenge is to keep the high-current drive edges and their supply return from disturbing the photodiode input,...
Healthcare PCB for Infusion Pumps: Separate Motor Drive from Flow Sensing
Healthcare PCB for Infusion Pumps: Separate Motor Drive from Flow Sensing
An infusion pump controller has to coordinate a motor or actuator, sensing inputs, user controls, alarms, and power management inside one compact assembly. On a Healthcare PCB, the motor drive can create fast, relatively large current changes while flow, pressure, or position circuits may depend on small analog signals. The layout task is to trace...
Healthcare PCB for Wearable ECG: Keeping BLE RF Away from Quiet Inputs
Healthcare PCB for Wearable ECG: Keeping BLE RF Away from Quiet Inputs
A wearable monitor puts a radio, battery, sensor front end, and human-body interface into a very small enclosure. That makes the Healthcare PCB a mixed-signal and RF integration problem: antenna performance depends on the board and enclosure, while the ECG or optical acquisition path must remain stable as the radio transmits and the power system...
