Contract manufacturing is the most convenient way for the customer to produce electronic modules, as it includes all key stages of the production process — from PCB design to testing and, if necessary, enclosure of the assembled unit. Performing all required tasks by a single contractor helps avoid inconsistencies, significantly improves product quality, and minimizes lead times.

If you require contract manufacturing of electronic modules, our specialists will promptly calculate the production time and cost. To proceed, please fill out the order form.

An order for contract manufacturing of electronic modules is a service that differs from ordering bare PCBs or PCB assembly separately. Contract manufacturing combines both of these services and, as a rule, also includes comprehensive sourcing of the electronic components required for assembling the modules according to your project.

Thus, contract manufacturing of electronic modules includes three key stages carried out by KKPCB:

  1. PCB Fabrication

  2. Component Sourcing

  3. Electronic Module Assembly

This means that, in order to carry out contract manufacturing, we require the full set of design documentation necessary for the production process:

  • KKPCB Order Form

  • PCB project files in Gerber format

  • Drill files in Excellon format

  • Bill of Materials (BOM) in one of the following formats:

    • KKPCB standard form

    • Customer’s XLS format

    • PDF

    • JPG

  • CAD data, preferably in ODB++ format

  • Assembly drawing or mounting diagram

Please send all documentation either to the KKPCB manager you are corresponding with, or to our general email: sales@kkpcb.com.

EPIG vs ENIG vs ENEPIG for RF, microwave, high-speed and fine-pitch PCB designs
For standard SMT PCBs, surface finish is often selected for solderability, storage life and cost. But for RF, microwave, high-speed PCB, HDI, fine-pitch, radar, satellite communication, 5G RF and defense communication PCBs, surface finish can become part of the electrical performance discussion. The key question is not simply: Which gold finish is better? The better...
